I’ve written several journals to support those who want to develop some of my Happy Habits.
To date, I’ve written journals on:
- gratitude (including journals for cat and dog lovers)
- weight loss
- morning habits
I’ve also written my own bullet journal and a 5 year, line a day journal
I’ve written two planners:
- My 90 Day Goals Planner
- Positivity Planner, 2019 and 2020
The Goals Planner is undated and you can start to use it any time of the year.
The Positivity Planner aims to help you build 12 positivie habits over 12 months.
I’ve written two trackers:
- one for tracking your morning habits
- one for tracker your weight loss progress
Both trackers enable you to build habits that support specific goals.
Alternatively, delegate it or outsource it.
