Meditation is one of my happy habits, and something that I’d like to share more of. It helps me relax, sleep better and longer, and focus, so that I get so much more done.
For this reason, I went and trained as a meditation teacher, so that I can help others develop this amazing habit. I now run classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 7.30- 8.30pm, teaching meditation over a period of 6 weeks.
You’ll learn some basic techniques that you can apply quickly at home, and then go on to try some guided meditations, where you can relax deeply and really connect with yourself on a more spiritual level.
Space is limited so booking is essential.
