It’s that time of year again. A time to reflect on this year, and set some goals for the coming year.
This is something I’ve been doing since completing my My Coaching course in 2015. I use Leonie Dawson’s Shining Life Workbook. It’s a great little workbook that helps you review the previous year, and clarify what you’d like in the following one by reflecting on each part of your life.
Last year I was extraordinary.
I wrote and self published more books than I could imagine, around 20 in one year, saw lots of movies, attended events in Ireland and the UK, and completed BSchool with Marie Forleo and Money Bootcamp with Denise Duffield Thomas. We had friends over from the UK and showed them Dublin and the Giant’s Causeway.
My goal is to make 2020 even better!
This is how I’m going to do it. These are my goals for 2020
Movies to see
As a family, we love the movies, however, when I look at what’s coming up, there aren’t many movies that I want to go and see. There are so many re-makes and violent movies that I’d prefer to read more this year, but my son loves movies so I expect we’ll be going to see:

Being a Life Coach is about helping others clarify what they want, setting goals to make it happen and then taking action. And that is what I also want for myself. Looking after my dad meant a lot of sacrifices, and I have no regrets about that time, but now it’s my turn to step up and have the life I want.
So what do you want for 2020 and how are you going to make it happen?
