I’m preparing a course on LinkedIn for small business owners and was looking at how I could assess if the training objectives had been met. As always, there is a big difference between someone who is trained compared to someone who is competent. Competence comes with time and practice. So, having given my delegates the skills to navigate around LinkedIn, I came up with a competency assessment that they could take away with them and use as a tool to see how skilled they are at using the application.
